Our story

Real people, real history, and a vision for something bigger.

  • WAQK was created to offer an inclusive space where women and queers of kink could connect, learn, and play without judgment.

We are all about building a safe environment and making sure our community has a space to grow.

Meet the Board

“Inspired by a play space called The Foundry, I built WAQK as a sanctuary for our community. WAQK’s been through a lot over the years, including a long break, but it kept pulling people back in. Now it’s grown into an association, welcoming members and beginning a whole new chapter.” Nik Diesel, WAQK founder
