Magic moments from our social play party

We're taking a moment to reflect on our most recent WAQK Social and Play party, and it's truly warming our hearts. Being able to see moments of intimacy and passion in the playroom, the party coming together to celebrate raffle winners, and the making of new friends and connections, is something that we are very lucky to have.

The big things that stick out to me, are the sounds of laughter that filled the venue. The nerves of newbies being extinguished as they entered a party filled with people dressed as their authentic selves. Curious observers of the playrooms slowly coming in for a closer look.

We would like to give a special thank you to the lovely people at Darling Nikki's for having us in their fantastic venue.

And to our 2025 Sydney Leather Title holders for their presence and hard work. We were lucky to have 2025 Bootblack Mia working her magic on everyone's leathers, Mx. Leather Zed selling raffle tickets to raise funds for QLife, and Ms. Leather Switchstress Margo helping to bring the whole party together and give it fun and welcoming energy.

Events like these are what make WAQK worth running. These are the memories we reflect on and draw from with every meeting, every event set up and every social post. So, thank you to all those who could make it to celebrate WAQK and its vision. It makes us very excited to see what the new year has in store!
